The blocker structure is specifically engineered to damage the suspension, axle, and engine of unauthorized vehicles during impact.

A crash rated road blocker is a hydraulically operated security barrier that rises from the ground to block vehicle access. When a vehicle attempts unauthorized entry, the road blocker's heavy-duty steel plate destroys the vehicle's suspension, axles, and engine — stopping it with 0.0m penetration. The rating (K4, K8, K12) defines the vehicle speed it can stop.
K4 (M30) stops a 7,500 kg vehicle at 48 km/h; K8 (M40) stops a 7,900 kg vehicle at 64 km/h; K12 (M50) stops a 7,900 kg vehicle at 80 km/h. All models achieve 0.0m penetration. The key difference is threat level — K12 is required for military bases, embassies, and critical national infrastructure.
EFO (Emergency Fast Operation) is a high-speed response mode that raises the road blocker in 1 second (K4) or 1.5 seconds (K8/K12) during a security alert. This enables immediate lockdown without delay when a threat is detected, making it critical for high-risk installations such as embassies, checkpoints, and government facilities.
K4 road blockers require approximately 250 mm of foundation depth, K8 approximately 350 mm, and K12 approximately 1500 mm. The shallow-mount K4 and K8 models are ideal for retrofit projects and sites with underground utilities or limited excavation access.
