Secure Innovative manufactures tyre killers, spike barriers and axle breakers in hydraulic, electro-mechanical, manual and one-way configurations. Within this range, TRISHUL 400 (STK 400) has independent impact-test evidence from CTS, based on ISO 22343-1:2023, using an N2A vehicle at 48 km/h and 90° impact. Test evidence applies only to the tested TRISHUL 400 configuration and must not be assumed to apply to other TRISHUL models or variants.

The Trishul 100 (STK 100) is a hydraulic axle breaker intended for controlled vehicle access and perimeter-security applications. The specifications below describe the offered product configuration. No TRISHUL 400 impact-test evidence is claimed for STK 100.

The Trishul 200E / 200H is available in electro-hydraulic or electro-mechanical configurations for controlled one-way or bi-directional vehicle access. Its shallow-mount configuration is suitable for controlled-access and perimeter-security applications.

Model Number
The TRISHUL 400 (STK 400) tyre killer has independent CTS impact-test evidence based on ISO 22343-1:2023. The certificate records an N2A test vehicle at 48 km/h, a 90° impact angle and impact at the center line of the VSB. During the test, the VSB deflated all wheels of the truck; seven broken spikes were recorded and the remaining spikes could be retracted after the test. The certificate applies to the tested TRISHUL 400 configuration only.

A tyre killer or spike barrier uses raised spikes to puncture tyres during unauthorized vehicle movement. An axle breaker uses a heavier blocking profile for controlled vehicle access. Actual performance depends on the specific product configuration and any applicable test evidence.
A one-way tyre killer allows vehicles to pass freely in one direction (e.g., exit only) but punctures tyres if a vehicle attempts to pass in the reverse direction. A two-way (bi-directional) system allows controlled access in both directions and is typically operated electrically — spikes retract when authorized access is granted and rise when access is denied.
EFO (Emergency Fast Operation) is an optional rapid-operation function on applicable powered models. Availability and operating time depend on the selected configuration and should be confirmed in the project-specific technical offer.
The Trishul 800M (STK 800M) gravitational (spring-loaded) tyre killer is ideal for parking exits and fuel stations. It is surface-mounted (no excavation required), allows vehicles to pass in one direction, and automatically prevents vehicles from reversing through. The Trishul 600M manual lever model is another option for parking lots where power is not available.
Installation depths vary by model: Trishul 100 requires ~550 mm; Trishul 200E/200H and 400E/400H require ~355 mm (shallow mount); Trishul 600M requires ~200 mm (shallow mount); Trishul 800M is surface-mounted (no excavation). The shallow-mount and surface-mount models are ideal for retrofit projects and sites with underground utilities.
Yes. Electro-hydraulic and electro-mechanical models (Trishul 100, 200E/H, 400E/H) support integration with RFID readers, access control systems, intercom, loop detectors, photocell sensors, and CCTV. The electrical cabinet can be positioned separately from the barrier for flexible installation.
All models are constructed from heavy-duty steel. Manual and gravitational models (Trishul 600M, 800M) are available with hot-dip galvanization or RAL colour paint. Electro-hydraulic models are powder-coated and designed for outdoor operation in temperatures from -30°C to +60°C (optional +70°C).
After-sales support, preventive maintenance and AMC options can be provided subject to the project location, selected product and agreed commercial scope.
